When we arrived, our Wheelchair Accessible room with air con and cookware, as for instance was ready. The staff were EFFICIENT and patient, gave us great tips. Our hotel was in an excellent and unbeatable location to a closer bus station.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, the idea of having apartment was great. Patient staff at the reception desk, and the location was magnificent. Visited The Clover House for a few drinks, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue, recommend.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. There is ample parking though the cost is somewhat high for a place far from the city center. Access to the airport is very easy and fast.
Kitchen should be well equipped and functional. Signs directing guests to and from bus stops will be advantageous.

The holel is located close to the airport, taxi from/to airport just 15euro. Very clean rooms, the breakfast is more or less ok...
Try to give extra money for breakfast, it is better to have printed confirmation from Booked.net

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped with a comfortable bed. Wifi was reliable, and I appreciated the nearby shopping center and supermarket. The food quality varied, and not all staff were knowledgeable about the menu options. The pool access was limited to summer months, a bit disappointing.

Great hotel for staying on business trip, or some kind of trainings, or, like us, to stay one night between 2 flights. It's very near the airport going in taxi, but in metro it won't be very near. The apartments are very nice and comfortamle. We stayed in the apartment od 2 bedrooms and a living room and a kitchen. It also has 2 bathrooms. Plates, glasses and other kitchen things you have to pay apart.
It's pretty far from city center.

Free airport shuttle bus, really helpful staff, excellent cafeteria, lovely rooms. I used the hotel as an over night stay at Madrid airport both going and coming back. I will be using this hotel now every time, I found it faultless.
